• A return must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the item.

Refund Process:

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original method of payment.

• Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Return Shipping:

• The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
